Ushering in the Fall
Wow, it hardly seems like we had any summer this year. Being a lover of sun and warmth, the cooler temps have been welcomed by many but me. And now it is fall, almost winter, football season, and times of celebration in the upcoming months.
But we were busy this summer with weddings, markets, and reflecting on our place in the community. With the encouragement of friends and customers, the bakery ushered in the new school year with a new line of products, filling a niche market: 13un On The Run. Offering 13 varieties daily — cinnamon, whole wheat raisin cinnamon, apple, blueberry, lemon poppyseed, cranberry orange, raspberry, chocolate raspberry, chocolate peanut butter, caramel macchiato, pecan sticky bun, caramel pull-apart, outback savory — these treats are affordably priced and available 6 days a week. All bundled up in a box of six, tied up with baker’s twine, they’re a great addition to the office breakroom.
After a hiatus for the summer, Cuisine Around The World will begin again in October so stay tuned for more details.
It’s that time of year when rings slide on fingers, promises are made, and couples begin planning their lives together.
